ALTOS Kick-off Meeting 25 & 26 may 2021

In a global context very constrained because of the health crisis, the ALTOS project organized its kick-off meeting online on May 25 and 26, one year late, in video-conference.

Around 50 people were present during the two days of the Kick-off.

The project coordinator opened the kick-off with a general overview of the project (research activities, expected results, deliverables and timeline, challenges).

Afterwards, the floor was given to the task leaders to present the list of activities and the progress of the work undertaken. Within this framework, each task leader presented the various contributions and exchanges carried out between the partners of the project, as well as a status report on the deliverables and on the difficulties that the contributors are facing.

The PRIMA office correspondent was present at the kick-off to exchange with the governance committee and the project members on the progress of the activities and on the difficulties encountered. At the end of the kick-off, a discussion was held on the difficulties encountered and to consider the measures to be taken in order to secure the project’s progress as soon as possible.
